Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $50 or more (before tax).
- Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout, based on size and weight.
Delivery estimates
Standard shipping typically arrives 3–7 business days after your order leaves us, within the contiguous United States. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — weather and carrier delays happen and are outside our control.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, please contact us before ordering so we can quote accurate shipping. We don't currently ship internationally.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order goes out. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after it's created.
Multiple items
Larger orders may arrive in more than one box, and occasionally on different days. You're not charged extra for split shipments.
Shipping addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll refund the item cost but not the original shipping, and reshipping will require new postage.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first — packages often turn up within a day. If it doesn't, contact us and we'll file a carrier claim and work with you on a resolution.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the box and contents before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours. See our Return & Refund Policy for how damaged items are handled.
